AMBA has developed a learning process to enable sustainable livelihood to adults with moderate to severe Intellectual Disability using peer training and Information Technology. Not having the social or reasoning skills to work in a mainstream environment, AMBA collaborates with special institutions across the country to provide a suitable working environment. It does this by guiding them into becoming hubs for training and employment.

AMBA is an initiative established to holistically empower the intellectually challenged community through their economic empowerment. AMBA's model is entirely peer driven, instilling in them a strong sense of leadership, empowerment and belief in their abilities.

We have our presence in seventeen states and have collaborated with 106 partner centers across India.
AMBA is currently scaling at an accelerated growth rate, with plans to collaborate with 600 centers across the country by the end of 2020.
